Advice on camping and caravaning

Do you remember campervans and caravans of many, many years ago? We do - - painfully. They were generally poorly built, small, pitiful cramped little metal boxes on wheels. But today's campervans are not like that, not at all. And modern families, like yours, can enjoy all the comforts of home when traveling -- if the right kinds of camping accessories are included. And we'd like to outline for you just what some of them are.
First off, let me tell you what I think is one of the GREATEST accessories you can get for your camper. Air conditioners! Why do so many people think that this is some sort of a 'luxury' item? Really, it isn't. I see it as a necessity. A good air conditioner will keep you nice and cool even if it's 90 degrees outside. And if you are travelling to any of the hotspots, having a good air conditioner is an essential! They are not cheap, but you will never regret buying one -- I guarantee it.
Next item for your shopping cart? A reversing camera. Attached at the rear of your camper, the camera will transmit a very clear image on a display screen for you to use when you are reversing your rig. This is also an essential - why risk injuring someone, or damaging your camper? You can get them with embedded microphones (for communicating with the outside world) -- you can even get units that display the picture right in your rearview mirror - you'll think that you're James Bond (and your neighbours will be SO envious).
Here's a more mundane recommendation: Make sure that your camper is outfitted with the proper size and type of holding tanks. These tanks hold all the nasty 'waste' from the you-know-where (ugh!), until you get a chance to empty it at your favorite campsite. You had better inspect yours -- have you ever been in an camper with a leaking holding tank? Pee-yuu!We at Camping Crazy stock various sizes of tanks both fresh and wastewater.
And since you're at it, you might as well have your fresh water tank inspected as well, as this is the tank that you will draw your fresh water from while you are on the road, away from any campsite. And when you get that inspected, make sure that your water pump is inspected as well - this device maintains adequate water pressure throughout your fresh water system. If your 12v water pump goes belly-up, you will be left high and dry.
Want some more recommendations? Well, how about a good quality TV? Conventional wisdom says you're not supposed to be watching TV when you are out, but let's face it - everyone does. And if the wife wants to watch her favourite soap, she'll thank you that you brought one along.
But you'll end up staring at a blank TV screen if you don't invest in this next item: an aerial or sat dish . We stock all the camping equipment you could possibly need here at our camping shop, so pay us a visit and pick up a bargain.
