Our pricing system follows a graded scale and at the present moment is as follows: 10:2.50,20:3.50,30:4.50,40:5.00,50:7.00,100:10.00,200:20.00,300:30.00,400:40.00,500:55.00,600:65.00,700:75.00,1000:80.00,5000:100.00, 10000:150.00.
You can interpret the above scale quite easily. Any item costing up to €10 will cost €2.50 to ship. From €10 to €20 will cost €3.50, from €20 to €30 will cost €4.50 etc up the scale. All items carry a €1 handling charge for packaging and boxing etc. Shipping prices are subject to change and will reflect the present rates at the time of purchase. Certain items may carry a surcharge due to insurance requirements or other circumstances beyond our control. You will be notified by e-mail of any such charge and will of course have the right to cancel the order if this cost proves unacceptable.
RETURNS:
We will accept returns and issue a refund for any item which proves faulty, provided it has not been tampered with in any way, and is returned to us in original packaging, and re-saleable condition, with a receipt or e-mail confirmation of purchase from our website. If the item has been installed and requires a qualified person to carry out the installation, proof of installation by such a person should be provided.
DELIVERY:
We always endeavour to provide an efficient service to our customers. However, delivery times are beyond our control and dependant on the method of shipping used. As a general rule, shipping within Ireland normally takes 2 to 3 working days, and 4 to 5 for U.K and mainland Europe.
